Physical goods

Notebooks and pads sold through Ylexironbrex may be returned within fourteen days of delivery if unused and still sealed in original packaging. Opened workbooks with writing are generally not resalable and may be excluded unless defective.

Defective items

If print quality or binding fails under normal desk use, contact us with photographs and your order reference. We arrange replacement or reimbursement once the issue is confirmed.

Shipping costs

Return postage is ordinarily paid by the customer unless local consumer rules require otherwise. We document refund timing in the confirmation email.

Digital consultations

Scheduled informational sessions follow the cancellation windows provided in your booking email. Missed appointments without notice are not automatically refunded; we handle each case individually.

Begin returns through the Reach page with the word Return in the subject line. Include your shipping address and a short description of the concern.
